Prof Eddie Obeng is a thought leader and a British educator who is recognised for his success as a motivational speaker, innovator and author.
Currently a Professor at Henley Business School and a former Director of Hult International's Ashridge Business School, Prof Eddie is also the Founder & Executive Director of Pentacle (The Virtual Business School). Prof Eddie is the author of several books including "New Rules for the New World" & the FT best-seller "All Change!" all of which offers insights into the most effective ways to adapt to address the rapidly-changing environments in business, society and culture today.
In 2009, Prof Eddie created QUBE, the world's first Super Reality avatar-based campus. Featured in The Wall Street Journal, and described by the Financial Times as "...an innovative world" as well as The Economist quoting "...the future digital place to work" in its World Special Report, Prof Eddie's teaching on QUBE offers an integrated management approach for our fast-changing, uncertain New World, whilst allowing global clients to link learning and implementation easily.
In 2011, Prof Eddie won the Sir Monty Finniston Award for lifetime achievement from The Association for Project Management for his contributions to the study and practice of Project Management. His TED Talk on "Smart failure for a fast-changing world," quickly went viral and is ranked amongst the Sunday Telegraph's Top Ten talks.
