Winnee Lim Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC)

Winnee Lim current role in Prisma Galeri Sdn Bhd is General Manager, Business Development. She is responsible to deliver and implement a commercially effective sales plan to achieve optimum venue occupancy and profitable business mix for the venue. A certified professional in the Exhibition Management, Winnee is also the first Malaysian to received her accreditation from the International Associations of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) from United States and completed her Diploma in Hotel Management and Food & Beverage at the Domino Carlton Tivoli Management School, Switzerland. With more than 27 years in the exhibitions and hospitality industry, Winnee was the Sales Manager, Exhibitions at the Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau for four years prior to joining Prisma Galeri Sdn Bhd. During her tenure with MyCEB, she won the bid for Malaysia to host UFI Asia Pacific 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, the platform for all international and local exhibition players to congregate and network. Prominent exhibitions she have brought to showcase in Malaysia includes CityScape 2015 from Dubai, Café exhibition from Singapore, World Travel Mart (WTM) Connect from London, to name a few. Winnee is involved actively as Vice President of Education for the Malaysia Association of Conference, Exhibition Organiser and Suppliers (MACEOS) and a HRDCorp Certified Trainer.
