Mona Manap - Business Events Penang

Mona is the co-founder and CEO of Place Borneo Sdn Bhd, a full-fledged Professional Conference Organiser headquartered in Kuching, Sarawak with branch office in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Apart from bidding for and running business events, Place Borneo specialises in music festivals and ran the Rainforest World Music Festival, Kuching Jazz and Miri Country Music Fest this year. Mona is a director and partner of Rashomon PR, a PR agency founded with Rashid Salleh – an actor, TV host and TV personality best known for his role in the sitcom Kopitiam. In her free time, Mona enjoys birdwatching and recently won 2nd place at the Fraser’s Hill International Bird Race 2022 with her team.
