During his time at the company, he grew the Malaysian participation in various international exhibitions around the world. He was responsible to grow the local presence in events and exhibitions since 2007.
Since 2014, he volunteered his time in MACEOS to develop the national educational programs for the BE industry, engaged with Higher Learning Institutes for talent development, and was the chair for BE Forum in 2019.
