Aaron Dason

In his current role at Leaderonomics, Aaron develops and designs complex learning intervention frameworks for organizations. He is also actively involved in mentoring employees and managing programmes with key clients for their Talent Acceleration Programmes (TAP).

Prior to that he was attached to Michael Page Malaysia and an international recruitment firm in his role as consultant, handing senior management profiles. Prior to that, he was attached to an international hotel chain where he conducted internal training programs for their employees. Amongst the internal training programs that he facilitated are Hotel Orientation, Four Pillars of Brand Promise, Hotel Grooming Standards and Your Journey With Us for the Hotel.

Aaron has also attended Presentation Alive by People Potential in collaboration with Sunway Group and is a HRDF certified trainer & facilitator. He obtained his BSc Human Resource Development (Hons) in 2015 from the University of Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and complete his Master’s in Business Administration, Majoring in Marketing with National University of Malaysia (UKM).

He is passionate when it comes to development and actively explores innovative ways to facilitate growth from angles that could bring impact to organizations and the nation.
