Eva is currently leading Budaya, Leaderonomics Digital’s Employee Engagement Solution. Through Budaya, she is looking to help organisations have a systematic, ongoing and well thought-out employee engagement strategy in place with the aim of ensuring organisations and employees both reap significant benefits and high positive impact.

Prior to this, she initiated and led the Research and Development team of Leaderonomics, which aimed to identify a science in building effective leaders, a process that can be replicated to help people develop into the leaders that they aspire themselves to be, in whichever field or format that may be.

Eva is a Master of Arts and Masters of Research graduate in the Political Science field from the University of Bath, UK, a foundation that has grounded her thinking and highly analytical skills. After working in a public policy think tank and with much experience in academic research, she joined Leaderonomics where she held the position of assistant editor for the myStarjob.com, a career, personal and leadership development guide that was published in The Star, Malaysia’s biggest English daily newspaper, every Saturday.

Her main areas of interest under leadership development fall under personal effectiveness, talent development, engagement, motivating teams and individuals, setting effective cultures, and successful team management
