Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for BE Penang 2022 must be submitted in writing via email to info@beatpenang.com.
  • All cancellation requests will be handled on a discretionary basis. All cancellation requests shall adhere to the following timeline:
    • Cancellation received ON or BEFORE 9 November 2022: Refund of the registration fee minus an administrative charge of 30% of the paid amount.
    • Cancellation received AFTER 9 November 2022 or NO SHOW: No refund will be made. Requests may opt to substitute another delegate.
  • All refunds will be processed within 1 month after the conference.
  • All bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ taxes will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
